The first launch this year will be Sunway Belfield, located a mere 400 meters away from the Maharajalela Monorail Station. "We are launching Sunway Belfield Tower A with a GDV of RM320 million. 1. Why advertisement diagram not showing Tower C? 2. Will you think Tower A&B facility larger than Tower C, considering the much more residents combined in A&B? 3. When will Tower C launching? 4. Is this project consider highly densed?

Four units of type B 08 were released due to loan rejection but I guess it will be snapped very fast. Quite crowded last Saturday

The info was 1st March from the sales team, as referring my buddy to 6c6c the project - that time level 20ish and top floor is available for grab, Type A. Believe many r not so restricted anymore after MCO2.0 lifted. Yes new block will be by Q2, however kind of doubt if can intercept HOC considering the e2e process/time required. Nx block will be 5-8% more expensive, nett nett. Am guessing the take-up to be 50-60% within 2021 for Tower B.

Each project will attract their own kind of buyer depending their own preferences and priorities. Belfield got it's unique location and price point is very attractive for own stay + 'branded' developer.
