Starts from 650k nett for Type A. 15% paper gain. Gratz to all Tower A purchasers (especially Type A) 😊

Price for the rests, really no need see already. Guess need to resell at 1000psf to be meaningful if buying Tower B.

Is this the lowest floor price? Furnishing any better?

One key difference with block B is unblocked views of Type A block A.

Yup this is the benchmark for same low floor. The info that I got is it will be about the same furnishing. It puzzled me on how to interpret The Edge's write up on Tower B comes with different furnishing which is targeting expatriates.

Good to note Type A block A definitely fetch some appreciation with lower capital outlay. However despite unblock views, it also associate with cemetery view (in general) coupled by the traffic noise/facing main roads.

So there's no perfect facing for Sunway BF Type A.

Know someone who managed to hoot type A low floor with no cemetery view and planning to soundproof the units. Those should be ok unit?

For this block B must see type B pricing. If high also tis block can't make it for investment.

This could look like a Bayberry scenario if you remember.

Wah boss, you geng ah! So early already know the lowest entry price Blk B type A. That works out 820psf. Still a good buy for this project!

For the simulation taking cheapest Type A with 03, it will be 730k (SPA) - 5% - 2% - 2% (if you sign spa within 30d).

So you get 660 - 670k nett which I think the pricing is a bit steep with depressed investment margin. After add in the holding costs, really need to sell at 1000 psf baru worth your time & efforts haha.

Anyway Type A - 03A (not so "ong") will be cheaper by 10k apple to apple.

Again good buy for Tower A purchasers biggrin.gif

Yes that should be ok, in fact best of all and very very limited. Cemetery view is just a general statement mentioned earlier.

Hopefully not too high but the increase is already beyond what we expect or initially planned or budgeted.

The launch has been pull-in from 2022 to now, just span by 2 months; with increased price, and straightaway open to public (in Dec staffs/associates get to choose 1st)

Buy the remaining units in Tower A ba, it is 85-90% sold and still got some choices. Tower B is already 100k more expensive. Eventually contribute to make Sunwai kaya raya hahaha
