Wah boss, you geng ah! So early already know the lowest entry price Blk B type A. That works out 820psf. Still a good buy for this project!

For the simulation taking cheapest Type A with 03, it will be 730k (SPA) - 5% - 2% - 2% (if you sign spa within 30d). So you get 660 - 670k nett which I think the pricing is a bit steep with depressed investment margin. After add in the holding costs, really need to sell at 1000 psf baru worth your time & efforts haha. Anyway Type A - 03A (not so "ong") will be cheaper by 10k apple to apple. Yes that should be ok, in fact best of all and very very limited. Cemetery view is just a general statement mentioned earlier. For this block B must see type B pricing. Hopefully not too high but the increase is already beyond what we expect or initially planned or budgeted.
