Yea... Sunway Belfield hater coming...
Please la, property agents also have family to feed. Nobody use a gun to force you to buy. Malaysian (especially KL people) not all stupid la, simply pump large amount of money to buy without at least doing simple analysis??? |

Anyway a lot of property sifu here. Can recommend to me any serviced apartment project with ALL the following criteria 1. Within 800m walking distance from a skyscraper 2. 400m to rail station 3. Less than 300m to top chinese school 4. Tier 1 developer 5. New property lah (malaysians don't like old) 6. Within 730psf 7. Buyers must do their homework lo when buying
Obviously Sunway Belfield's location and psf price is a huge plus point, but the trade off is the density and the not-so-good car traffic flow. If you own stay and can live with that, then good π Belfield IMO very suitable for ownstay. For investors must do their homework on target market and sell/manage their unit appropriately lor π People's plus points and minus points all different and they grade each differently. Important part is don't rush because FOMO and then drown yourself in debt LOL On topic, did they give all units partial furnishing package? Can't opt out? Got samples of the materials used for partial furnishing like Trion 2 did? |
