Does anyone heard about price increase for BelfieldTower C on next week?

The High end condos beside Merdeka118 are being developed, compared to that, Sunway Belfield price increase isn't that much, not to mention Sunway Belfield is considered Cheap in this area.

Sales updates from SA:

Tower B - 14 units left
Tower C - 131 units left (more than 70% sold.)

Omg, traffic must be very congested.
Hope they can build a covered walkway to monorail station
Sunway Belfield residents benefit from it.

If this is a comfirmed highrise project, then I believe their sales will not be easy. this is because they are facing the cemetery and too close to jalan istana, sound and air pollution will be an issue, not to mention there is Kuen Cheng school directly behind, will be even noisier and more congested before and after school time.

So, I am guessing, the selling points of this new project might focus on its facilities or competative price.

Anyway, I hope this innovative developer can make this area more lively.

it is Hospital....

Salcon plan has been on hold for a long time
there might be changes to the plan, because it is a leasehold land,

Anyway, once Merdeka 118 is completed, the developments arround this area will be clearer, I hope it will be good for Sunway Belfield.

Sunway Belfield looks closer to Monorail station than I thought, definitely a short walk.
