Block A - 96% sold. 2 units left.
Block B - 85-90% sold.
Block C - 50% sold. Type A 18 units left.

All buyers must always remember it has 1330 units in total.

As kpkt data is more than 6 months old which shows tower A and B sold 91%, 99% sold for tower A and B is not hard to believe. Hearsay still got buyers interested in this despite much higher price now.

Block c pricing is really high especially for the big units. Can't imagine why someone would pay 100k premium for merdeka view when there are empty plots of land in front.

Despite really high price heard good takeup.

Block C type C one is facing merdeka for 100k more than type C that's facing the istana.

Let's see how the merdeka view unit performs in the subsale market. Around rm1 million to RM1.1 million.

Can't compare condo that is integrated and connected to a mall, tallest office tower, hotel and MRT vs one that's 800m++ away with no covered pedestrian walkway.

But hearsay merdeka condo will be 1400-1600psf.

Not welcoming since this is pure residential + affordable housing. Only more competition for SB buyers. Especially those that purchased at sky high prices.

Eupe has priced it's novum more than the surrounding condos so this one could be 850++ psf although leasehold?

Plot of land is smaller than SB which is 5.43 acres.

6pm at bukit bintang monorail.

Message to all the monorail haters saying the monorail won't help Belfield at all.

My view on the monorail:

I take the monorail sometimes and it's nothing like how some forumers describe it. Wait time is around 10mins max during peak hours. From Maharajalela it takes 5 mins to KL Sentral, 7 mins to Bukit Bintang, 9 mins to Raja Chulan and 12 mins to Bukit Nenas. I've never not been able to enter the monorail in recent times.

Progress seem quite fast. Hearsay 2024 Q1 can collect keys. Merdeka 118 open mid 2023.
