All the unit facing 118 is bound to have development opposite. Just a question of why. Even for ownstay also can't understand why would someone pay so much for no commercials within close walking distance.

Arshad said this in his speech during a motion of thanks in conjunction with the official opening of Menara Merdeka 118 by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, here tonight.

PNB had start shifting its operations to Menara Merdeka 118 since December 2023 since PNB would occupy 17 floors that can accommodate about 1,500 PNB staff.

First preview was in mid December 2020. Launch was 2021 Jan. Understand 4-10 units left only.

Belfield launch 3 blocks at different time. Block A in December 2020 most choice units were sapu kering in few minutes.

After block A good price units i have no further comment on other units pricing. But your statement on sure lelong below launch price is something we can monitor 1 year from now.

Seem like VP in the next 1 month. Until now no indication of tenants for 118 mall and 118 tower seems like mostly PNB tenants.

Interesting to see rental and subsale demand post VP.

For larger types if can achieve 3500 is considered very good already.

118 mall not ready
118 tower not high occupancy for now

Only depend on beside Kuen Cheng, 400m to monorail, good road access and real city location for now

Next time can depend on 118 mall and office tower. As always said this location is not proven yet.

I take the monorail 3-4 times a week. The only issues are it's slow and it can get very packed in the evenings. I have timed the rides on the monorail a few weeks ago.

Maharajalela to KL Sentral (2 stations) : 5 mins
Maharajalela to Bukit Bintang (3 stations) : 6 mins
Maharajalela to Raja Chulan (4 stations): 8 mins

If can flip at 900psf also consider very good already.

Many years ago and today is very different story. Government has purchased new monorail car sets. Please try in 2025 and then comment. Public transport other than KTM in the Klang Valley is very good.

Some renovation agencies sending their packages, very competitive offer unlike Makeovers which is overpriced
