this morning i remove my laptop from the cooler pad and notice a lot of dust stuck at my ventilation part, have anyone experience this before? what is the function of the ventilation part actually? hmm.gif

err..to ventilate?
well for one you can use the clean dust function to clear off any missed dust which went inside your fan.

y500 sli with win 8 64 bit... do not update to 8.1 it will fcukup all the sli , scaling, login, bios... wtf windows...

Masters and owners of Y510p,

I'm facing a problem with my laptop. Whenever i plug in my earphone i heard sound but when i plug it out there's nothing at all. not a single pop.

Could it be the settings issue?

same here! SLi no longer detected. restore nviddia driver back to old ones, SLI work but whenever i start any games they will crash after the menu or hang with like 01-06 fps!!

shiat still buggy.. pity nvidia didnt catch up with win 8.1 driva

Y510p SLI model price/spec remain the same.

As for ultrabay graphic card, take note the compatible model No. with ur laptop. smile.gif

-ultrabay GT750m(GT750M5p model) for Y510p/GT750m

arghh.. damn, mad.gif i updated to win8.1 n seem there many apps incompatibility issues.. such things got blur n not clear with highest resolution.. sigh ~.~ can we downgrade to the windows to 8 ? sad.gif

Already update 331.58 but game crash on bf3 cannot launch it
