Man it's so surprising that's company that makes some thing so well build can close down!

Lack of market response and awareness, and high price point. sad.gif

QUOTE(nohal @ Jun 21 2013, 08:29 PM)
Maybe I need to see and test other brand for radiators. Only XSPC so far. biggrin.gif

Same thing for me in choosing blocks, EKWB amazed me.

Owh, and koolance's product is heck of an awesome too!

I havent had the chance to try koolance stuff but so far bitspower & EK amazes me thumbup.gif

Koolance stuff are great. Excellent finish quality and packing methods. Only silly part is the actual box that holds everything is flimsy once you take everything out.

CNC is not cheap liao ..for me the price is just rite considering the quality + material..just that shipping is a problem ... Main reason they close is that the market is not big enough for them to survive hence they move to a bigger lucrative job opportunity ...

good point.. while at the same time, global sales of desktop items decreases around 15% and bla bla.....meaning to say that since people are focusing on tablets, smart phones n portable gadgets, w/c hobby one day; not long after this would really be a distinctive hobby. just my one cent

Ok. Last set!

These pieces make up the mosfet water block. 'L' shaped, POM body and nickel plated brass base plates. splits into 4 pieces.

Instead of one large POM piece, it's split into two halves and then put back together. Probably done this way for easy manufacturing of the block. POM pieces are again textured on the insides. Screws are all non-magnetic stainless steel, M3/M4 size.

Unlike other water blocks where the base plate for the mosfet is one large 'L' piece, MIPS made two individual pieces for the each set of mosfet rows.

You're not fat bro..

Go again? I wish someone can courier to me. Haha. Shah Alam to Wangsa Maju is a long way to go. Not forgetting the part where Traffic Jams is everywhere. I even stuck around the rally area. and I don't even know why I stuck, until I reached APES store. Haha.

Time to brain in more aesthetic ideas I guess since I come from metalwork industry instead of modding background.

Practicality and functionality has always been my core objective.
