For local IT, unless u work in very specific area, else MNC senior manager pay is about RM 10k to RM 15k only.

Once convert to USD, the resource is cheap.

Exactly that's the same everywhere - Ppl always comment the place is not livable at the beginning.
But, think abt it again, will it still be that cheap once mature?
That's why i hantam only landed in Cyber - F/H!

We r a group of finance n oil n gas professional working in KLCC area. Some of us staying inside golden triangle (like myself), some from DPC, bkt Jalil etc.
the reason we bought landed in cyber for own stay is quite simple - less traveling time especially KLCC to cyber after office hour, reasonable pricing for landed with good concept n quiet nice living environment in cyber.
Cyber can never be like puchong? We won't buy cyber if hoping cyber to be the next puchong.
Soho / sofo / studio - absolutely agree that too many of them. Good luck to flipper hoping to make some quick bucks.

Like it or not. Cyber will continue to grow just like any other cities in klang valley. So many projects launched n sold out. As long it was sold out, either own stayer or ppl will rent it. Population will continue to grow.  Commercials - there were nothing much few years ago but look ard current condition. So many F&B especially cafe doing well there.

IOI resort city mall - opening in nov 2014 will b the one of the catalyst to draw ppl stay in south klang valley. No right or wrong - it just depends on what you want or we r stupid? Lol

I'm staying in Cyber now and I don't work in Cyber. Population doesn't grow? Do you still stay here and hang out in Cyber  NOW? Before I move into Cyber I was there once in 2012, yes it was pretty dead that time as I can u turn my car whichever the way I want because there will not be any car in sight.  

Now? The peak hours traffic is pretty annoying plus the crazy crowd during lunch and even dinner also hard to find parking.    Weekend is no doubt much quieter however even in restaurant there are many big groups of family dining there. Even one of my friends who WORK and STAY in cyber for 4 years asked me where all these people come from, lol. See? Staying here longer doesn't mean what you say is more accurate if you don't really observe the changes and based it on the facts as the past impressions sometimes will cloud someone from seeing things have changed.

Before I moved into Cyber literally everyone around me told me nothing to eat, no drinking place, whatever also don't have, blah blah blah. All these people are based on their PAST impressions and never really lived here or based on hearsay. And the terrible thing is that I believed them.   What an utter fool I was. I'm all for neutral opinion but it is the fact people chose to say whatever they like just put down soemthing they dislike and ignoring the fact that is intolerable to me.

Doesn't make sense to buy small unit for ownstay? People bought the place probably because they like the environment in Cyber, the good concept, the low entry cost, working nearby, and the list goes on. A lot of the youngsters nowadays don't mind the small size as it is probably the most affordable new launch for them. Not everyone has a family of 3 or 4 though. Single life people who vow to never get married, married couple that has no intention of having children, the gay and lesbian, etc. So why wouldn't it make sense? There are all walks of life in this world and people just live the way they feel comfortable. I do think the soho/sofo/sovo or whatever will be oversupply in Cyber and no doubt there are a lot of flippers among them but no one knows how many exactly so to actually come out with a percentage is just... 

I guess everyone who staying at Ciber is waiting for Dpulze as a cummunity mall. Unfortunately, developer is a newbie so the execution is pretty disappo8nted. So now the opening moved to Dec?

City school and kampung school always has a gap, BIG GAP! I don't want my kids lost their childhood, so send them to less competitive place. :-)
