they are just comparing apple to orange... i m not hoping Cyberjaya turned into Puchong or Cheras. Too crowded, not a good place to stay.

Own stay Cyber is good. less crowd and less noise. Investment look for better cities like London, Melbourne, Singapore, etc.

you are not stupid. not many has the income as you or your friends, as well as the sizeable portfolio that you have. only those who already made it will find a ulu place to stay.

those who always stay in the past will never be successful in the future. Today is difficult, tomorrow will be lagi difficult! Those who think salary increment is little is because those persons do not work hard enough and continue to kao bei...

I do think the soho/sofo/sovo or whatever will be oversupply in Cyber and no doubt there are a lot of flippers among them but no one knows how many exactly so to actually come out with a percentage is just... |
