worry can not sell it and make profit... so many units launched, rental also another problem.

The MRT2 should connect to the ERL station in cyberjaya.

Buy is easy, pay installment is difficult especially those holding few units n canot rent out after VP. Foresee manys firesales in the coming years... Bank negara needs to tighten.

Dun listen to those so called propertyguru, property experts... these ppls invested n leveraged heavily. They need to hav seminar or kopi session to talk up the market... asking ppls to leverage n buy... interest rate will continue to go up... only buy if one can afford the monthly installment.

u can drive around to see the development yourself. after that, u will not regret u booked SH.
