Wonder why ppl said their car consume more petrol when they stay in cbj? RM1500-RM1800 of petrol.... That's a lot... Maybe V8 engine

Im not saying other area dont have these..but yeah u dont get any perfect places unless real high end area one.

These ppl / foreign student dont need prima.they have money also.

Those who have unit of prima is atleast an adult who have proper job atleast as an exec. These kind of ppl wont simply create prob

oi dont be like that la. i used to commute to cyber for work last time, staying at equine for 1 year plus.
dont mind the heavy traffic as i work on odd hours 
yup gotta admit, rental in cyber is much expensive. would rather pay for my vacation 

now got a unit from FAMA  @ the arc. into my 2nd week. Staying with siblings of 3 and each of us pay 300. cheapest place in cyber   
very boring leh, according to kopitiam user in MMU thread, they say because MMU is on leave until 20th.

FAMA dont dare to rent their unit yet due to limited no of people + student place sure the unit might be f*** upside down 

maybe after 1 year we want to advise them to start rent out to people.
our plan is to keep this unit in excellent state until next year before starts to rent to expats but not sure the market is ok or not, so they send us as their spy    if not ok sure will flip 

300+ unifi (50 per head) + utility. our previous place like reban ayam weyyy.i think quite ok coz we got the whole unit plus the comfort of staying with family members (privacy). could be we will let go 1 room for execs to rent. U think can get people or not ya? the arc here like desperate now carik people to rent their unit 

Max, it's not that bad. Most companies (that I know) pay some form of travel allowance to work in cyberjaya. The amount is around $300 onwards. Even if need to topup, the basic travel expenses is already covered.

Yeah, it's part of the reason why people working in Cyberjaya prefer to commute. Once upon a time cyberjaya was an ulu place and companies had to provide some incentive for their staff to work here. 

No need to tipu. It's just given regardless where you stay.

I believe many are waiting to move into cyberjaya. Out of about 25 buyers (of a new development in CBJ) that I asked, more than 10 actually buying it for own stay. But I realise that those who bought for own stay are 3 bedr unit condo, not studio/SOHO.

If you ask me to rent someone's house to move into cyberjaya, I don't want. 

when all vp and oversupply, market forces will make rent super cheap
with that, cbj looks good value for rental location
with that, cbj will thrive with population and hit critical mass
investors with holding power rejoice
(with added bonus of more companies coming as per press release recently)

my condo in prime area kota damansara also took about a year to fill in
expect cyber to be slower, but doesnt mean its BAD when that happens

right now serin is a good example of a vped development (the arc is distasteful to me)
alreay ure seing serin is filling up nicely
alot of units up for sale too with good value pricing (buyers market) even i am tempted to snap one stay there

give it time, market forces will play its part
good condos in cyber (good location to some) will eventually do good

Any nice food at domain shop lot? Is that place popular compare to shaftsbury?
