HI bro/sis, Im not saying that Mutiara ville is bad, but there are many choices....try to compare all and see which one u like the most and able to rent it out.

Investment cum ownstay is a good strategy to invest in cyberjaya.

They are many foodstall also...should reach there less than 20mins from cyber

just visited cyber yesterday....

saw 2 expat mat salleh makan in shaftsbury mamak....i feel proud when I see mat salleh adopt Malaysian culture and like our food... tongue.gif

I saw a student cycle to shaftsbury also....shaftsbury mgnt should build some bicycle stand for ppl to lock their bike. really hope that ppl can start & continue with the cycling culture...so cyber can become a cycling township. flex.gif

The only thing not good is some ppl simply park their car, for example parked at the entrance junction...

If im not mistaken....Kampachi is the award winning Japanese restaurant in Malaysia...they don't serve pork also...

kampachi in pavilion good biz also....
