like some other said, hoping cyber turn into another residential township rather than IT hub, but too many shoeboxes around n not many demand if there is not enough high pay executive. likely students with deep pockets might be able to afford..

D Pulze to the location of the proposed Xiamen University at Salak Tinggi is approximately 20km. That's quite a distance in my opinion. It's like going to Mid Valley from Shah Alam...hmphhhh

Shaftburry Square continues to take the lead on commercials in cyber - plenty of new tenants especially F&B (bakery shop, fuel up burger, banana leaf Indian restaurant....) so many F&B choices available and I think more to come continuously!

It's quite ok. But last time I went, the didn't have the green noodles. Kinda disappointing.

I think buy now ..hold 2 to 3yrs upon completion  then flip i.e 2019 still possible wot but dont expect fully valued.

Put it this way, if paying for Rm1.1m might as well top up a little bit to SEG (26x95) with full club house facilities and superb landscape. Or can top up further, pay Rm1.4mil to SH or SEG western islands LV!
