I think landed buyers foresee difficult to rent out and already prepare for long term capital appreciation.
Besides, million is nothing nowadays la.... MBTL the 1400ft2+ unit also abt Rm 1.0mil ya.
*
net price around 800-900K, forgot le...pai seh... sweat.gif

but ppl still buy....for onwstay, not investment...

there are some ppl prefer large condo compare to landed.

Precisely, that's why I said million is nothing nowadays ma.

actually that day i point it to my fren said summerglade 1mil, he said not bad...of cos he didnt compare with symphony or SEG.

Freehold landed 1mil is consider cheap nowaday, Seri kembangan (bukit serdang) 5-6rooms landed prop already transacted at 900K, Jia Residence next to sri pinang. Summerglades with lake and landscape.

No shopping mall, SRJK c, not enough commercial activities....
*
That's True Soros bro, but I notice Valcano shabu shabu in shaftsbury expanding, move from their large corner lot to 2 combine unit in the middle...I believe no one will purposely travel to cyber to eat shabu shabu....so demand for F&B is increasing...more F&B will join shaftsbury smile.gif

I think Malaysian don't spend much on lunch....just 1-1.5hour lunch....cant enjoy also...

but it is true that cyber worker have spending power...bear in mind, got san francisco inside HP building, O'Brien inside shell building, they sustain by just do 5 days biz (summore biz vr good) and their customer only from the respective building...

never know they are Cyber supporters, lol. I believed some of them are in this forum.  tongue.gif
*
I am their supporter, following their facebook, indeed they never encourage BBB but express their fair review to each project....

as I said, if they are not good, property magz wont promoting them for free...except they paid for it....which I think unlikely.

for whatever reason yoghurt cafe does not seem to be successful
you can see the previous one operated by naza group
not many people actually go there and many already close
i think the usual kopitiam still attract many to patronise with free wifi...
*
everyone invest in cyber with a vision, if we only look at pass & history, then we shouldn't buy cyber at all...past 10 years of cyber is a failure until they change their direction and inject new elements.

think about it, how come san Francisco coffee earn so much money by just doing 5 days biz and only serve HP staffs.

Forget about expat.

For local IT, unless u work in very specific area, else MNC senior manager pay is about RM 10k to RM 15k only.

Once convert to USD, the resource is cheap.
