The bungalow and semi-D nowadays tak da standard anymore.

Since IOI has plenty of lande nearby, i guess their next move is to build more houses there to boost up population meanwhile pocket the $$$ for their empire.

We r moving in early 2016 after some renovation.
Hopefully the commercials in cyber can become more mature especially shopping elements such as D Pulze, IOI Resort City Mall, tamarind Square etc. btw, anyone can advise how's the Promenade @8 in putrajaya? The way I looked at cyberjaya is very simple - so many projects coming up especially CCC, developers and government will be worrier than us if the project can't sell.
