I suppose the land clearing is by Gamuda, since I saw a signboard there stating Had Penyelenggaraan TPPT Sdn. Bhd. So this year, we'll have the project execution of Seri Serai, Serai Springs and Kundang North!

Gambar berikut merupakan laluan baru yg sedang dibina di kawasan Sg. Serai dimana laluan ini akan menghubungkan jalan Taman Kundang Jaya - Sg. Serai terus ke PLUS Rawang Selatan (tidak melalui LATAR). Maka, jimatlah RM2.50 utk ke LATAR Kuang Timur dan RM1.30 LATAR Kundang Barat! Interchange yg baru ini juga akan menguntungkan penduduk di kawasan sekitar Taman Kundang Jaya, Sungai Serai, Bandar Tasik Puteri dan Kuang. Insider's info: Houses are leasehold, around 20' x 70' and priced at RM700k+

GL Kundang - the piece of land below MR2 and Tan & Tan will be launching at 600k 20x70. So this Serai, which is located at much better location would be at leaast 650k and above...
