I am surprise Gamuda launch their North township first rather than their land in Canal City.

They should ride on the EW-Tropicana-IJMland wave.

Northern side developments also quite hot now....

Southern side are selling links for rm1m++

In Rawang, only Tamañsari attempted that and apparently phase 2 sales slowed...

Not only price point but the marketing momentum.

Oh. This means eventhough rawang in maps is further away but due to good highway infrastructure they ate better than kundang?

Yeah, can say so

Rawang West, the route more direct, straight away enter PLUS, dont need pusing the cloverleaf GCE / PLUS / LATAR tongue.gif

And the toll free road from Kundang to Sungai Buloh is tight and zig zag zig zag brows.gif brows.gif

New Sg.Serai interchange is being constructed which benefits those residents mainly at Kundang Jaya. So, obviously this new access is better than any other access in Rawang and much nearer to KL/PJ.

The toll-less road to Bandar Baru Sg. Buloh takes about 12 minutes. From there another 5 minutes to reach the Sg, Buloh PLUS interchange. Not bad I would say.

What is the distance from Kundang Estates to the new Sg. Serai interchange ? When will it be ready ?
From Wikimapia, seems like have to pass through some industrial estate and residential area....

Toll free road 17 minutes to reach Sg. Buloh interchange seems a bit optimistic to me..... biggrin.gif

I have no idea where Kundang Estates is exactly. The Show House is related to either Seri Serai or Serai Springs (or even Bandar Serai).

To benefit the new Sg.Serai interchange, one can purchase the newly built Azalea Homes at Kundang Jaya which is sized at 22x70 and one of the rarest FREEHOLD housing in the whole area. For now they are giving 0% downpayment promo (price is RM540k after discount).
