Since there are so many property projects in Malaysia... Different price and different place... Just buy wherever you think is potential and affordable... There is not always a clear answer for right or wrong in reality...

I felt quite a lot of uncertainty.. like Aeon not confirm, traffic issue, a lots units surrounding later on. etc. It is not cheap as well, estimate RM 500k per unit, maybe you may top up 100k and can get better location at other place.

If top up to 650k, you can get another UOA southbank project.. freehold and better location.That place got better rental rate and higher return in future.

in fact for southbank, you can get 530k with 2 rooms. It's close to mid valley and easy access to few highway.what do you think?

Actually i had went to Southbank prelaunch before desa sentul, because southbank is 1 month early prelaunch than desa sentul, that time i didnt saw any unit 2 bedroom with this price as well? perhaps you are mention the price after discount?

Hi. For purchasers, what do you think of the high level of carpark allocated? Residents only allocated from level 4 to level 6 and also one mezzanine level.

yes, my one is 5th floor..... cry.gif , its not that bad, easier for the visitors to park their cars...

Normally is the other way around.. The probability of a higher floor to get a lower parking is much higher.
