What you mean the changes of Sentul today might be a small part of Sentul which is Sentul East (not fully established) and Sentul West (which is only The Maple and Sang Suria covered area, may be around size of two football field)..Yes the potential is there and i like this two area too.. However, if we go to Sentul Pasar that area, what i mean is One Sentul Condominium that side, did you go and have a look? Old buildings are around...Same with Viva Residency Sentul , Putra Majestik all is exactly still Little India

I believe if the area security is fine, good accessibility and with conveniences, it is good for me.

Security within the property should be fine. Outside, need to be awareness for all individual lor...

Accessibility and conveniences are ok, since within KL... Just it could be jam during the peak hour....

Just have some idea for getting LRT from Sentul Point.

Once the property has been completed, there will be a bridge/walk path over to the shopping mall opposite (Believe there is a bus stop too la).

The distance from Sentul Point to LRT Sentul Timur station is just 5 mins car driving distance. May be by bus need to be 20 mins. Thus, it seem not too bad for just taking public transport for work in the morning. Just my 2 cents..

Limited parking if u drive to lrt station n park your car there I heard future mrt in walking distance.

Sentul LRT station (10 mins driving distance) is not that pack as your think, 9am reach still got place to park one... Just base on my previous experience...

Not sure how is Sentul Timur station... Hehe..

Just confirm there is a mall but not sure AEON BIG or AEON JUSCO is there or not..

After 1 Sentul, there is an empty plot of land (guess belongs to UOA as well, perhaps for phase 2)... and just after that.. U definitely can't miss it..
