Hi any bro have any update on this property?
I have booked 1 unit thru agent last time but did not go thru the development plan properly . Any bro know this condo fall in what range?? Same range like saffron , one sentul or tamarind? I really don't want this condo look like prima setapak 2 from uoa. I feel so ugly lea.hopefully is difference product

Not much info during the time I do booking.initial I tot something like bangsar south but after think awhile
I scare I got prima setapak 2 quality. Anyway the price is reasonable but 1 things I don't like is service apartment title.
I hate condo have shop below. I damn scare if the shop rent to massage parlour like all the condo in kepong area. Price wise is ok la not so expensive cannot be too choosy. Nowadays can't get anything decent around that price. Got mrt somemore hahaha but don't know real anot la if the mrt really on walking distance

I find the Sentul area to be quite strategic, but can the roads in Sentul handle all the new upcoming projects and the people who'll be living there ?

Yes location in sentul is quite convenience. Furthermore it connect by mrt and lrt and quite near kl. if you want totally no jam then it quite impossible la. Ytl sentul east area is best bet but further inside like uoa and maxim also ok if budget not that high.

I feel ok on that. You mean the facade? Coz this price consider decent price cant ask for more.

I agree with you on kepong where some of the apartments they open to massage center which i dont like either. Lets hope it wont happen on Sentul point.

Don't worry too much bro..Good luck and all the best to you..But what I heard for this project, is there will be a mixture development, meaning, there will be retail shop lots and at the same time there will be some condos as well..But don't worry la..UOA will maintain their standard...hahahaha...Actually Prima Setapak 2 is quite nice and decent..I don't see anything wrong with that property.. smile.gif

Prima setapak 2 actually is not bad quality if u consider about the launching price. But if u pay around
500k I assume u must expecting something much better. In term of facility and landscape I will give prima setapk2 a
Big no no if u compare with ytl landscape like saffron n tamarind. The building material is ok for uoa property but landscape wise still need to work hard on it. Buyer nowadays more to concept of living rather than just look at the sq ft.
Overall environment must take into account.
By the way I not sure this apartment have lobby anot..anyone know about this? I hope not direct walk In from car park like rivercity or have to share entrance with shoplot below.

Again I not against it just wanna to know whether this apartment is fall under what category for uoa development.
If something below little bit of similar to bangsar south then is hor ser Liao lo.
If not at least don't lower than one sentul or panorama sentul la since this is newer version mah.

No offence to prima setapak 2 owner. Given the price and launching time that time this is a decent good buy condo. Condo lifespan is not long and all about now is concept of living and quality of life. Beside price , landscape and facility& facade is the main point for future price increase.
Youngster nowadays more on outlook than inner beauty drool.gif drool.gif

Anyway just my humble 2 cent opinion.
