Guys..any idea if there are any developments planned next to 1Sentul? There are some empty land there (with greeneries and squatters) and heard that UOA owns the land..so a bit scared that they build a high-rise there then no more view for that side of 1Sentul.

I bough two properties from uoa....hv to say that the build quanlity is commensurate w price paid...units done up nicely n clean...very professional after sales team.....
Agree that their facade is not always the market leader n facilifies wise they are just adequte.....not wow factor.
