where can complain if my car park is smaller? DBKL? Strata management Tribunal?

got experience on similar issue, which dev can't do anything.. and yeah, can consider I got myself a *premium car park.

from the picture, best you can do is to drop your passengers first, and park your can far left.. or park your car front a bit which I think you got a space out easily.

also, document wise, i doubt dev/lawyer shown you before your carpark lot during s&p.

DBKL has a guide for carpark,

standard 2400mm width

One sided obstruction 2700mm

2 sided obstruction (like your case) should provide minimally 3000mm.

Anyway, I don't think it's possible to modify the physical condition (by relocating walls/column). Structurally, they are there because of the construction design. So even though they're not up to the standard, no one can do much about it. You might be better off asking them to relocate your spot.
