got experience on similar issue, which dev can't do anything.. and yeah, can consider I got myself a *premium car park.

from the picture, best you can do is to drop your passengers first, and park your can far left.. or park your car front a bit which I think you got a space out easily.

also, document wise, i doubt dev/lawyer shown you before your carpark lot during s&p.
