+ desecrator + molten + vortex + cold.
HOTA/WW/Rend hybrid barb can handle these with ease.
A Rend can restore HP immediately.
For barb, I choose to stand in the pool of desecrator+plague+molten because I gain fury from these elemental attacks. I just HOTA/rend the elites until they died (then I immediately WW to the next target).

Monk is not so easy to stand in the pool of 3-stack desecrator + plague + molten, especially +vortex + cold without serenity.
Unless you have high defensive attributes (i.e. 600AR + 6000Armor) + high LS + burst damage skill (i.e. WoL).

D3 toons have come to the new height until the release of expansion.
We need to achieve certain level of IAS/CC/CD for some build (i.e. CM Wiz, DH with Manticore etc).
To achieve certain DPS (i.e. 300K+), we almost need to get perfect CC/CD/IAS in most of our gears.

1. Don't get marquise if you have budget constraint.

2. No for most barbs. Most people use BR/ITF because it is the fury engine.
You didn't use fury engine and therefore you felt like running short of fury.

3. You need fury for sure. You need SoJ HOTA -4/-5. You need to stand on a pool of plague/molten/desecrator. If you have sufficient LS, you can use passive/Superstition.

4. Generally not an issue if you have WW hybrid build. A cold damage SoJ will help too.

Blizz can't fix it therefore they nerf it instead.

For me, I will certainly roll a Crusader™.
I'm not abandoning Barb. None of my chars will be abandoned, in fact.

Dang, I need to stock up tons of RS emerald for my toons.

I think AH affects all class of heroes.
Only Barb and DH are affected badly by the skill nerf.

Of course there are barbs that don't use battlerage/ITF and they said they are fine with the nerf.

One thing for sure, the mobs can't tell they are poisoned or feeling cold when they are hit by this gear.

Gain X life is too commonly used for few heroes.

I take it with a pinch of salt, at least for now.

I use -4 HOTA SOJ too. It works well for routine farming and uber boss fight.
Use HOTA on bosses/elites. Use WW on white mobs.
Stand in the pool of plague/molten/desecrator for fury generation when you HOTA the elites.

Drop IK belt for TWH.
5.8% LS is all you need. With rend, you can safely use TWH.

It's nothing to worry about since it's not within our grasp.
Play Crusader™ or other heroes then.

I was doing Mp10 with the similar DPS and EHP.
I was doing it without rend.

With rend, I think you can do it just fine.

Need to run cautiously with your current EHP.

I used to run MP10 with Andariel Visage, with approx 380K EHP, using WT/WW build.

Levelling is easy and fast nowadays. I could get 1-2 levels up everyday.
What's difficult is, I get sleepy levelling.

You can drop bash as you use war cry.
Use war cry and immediately activate your battle rage.
And you can WW all the way.

Replace bash with rend.
It will greatly minimize the rubberbanding issue.
