It can be fixed, if Blizz want to.

Just like the LOH proc coefficient of acid cloud for WD.
The life recovery is very high, even with just 1K LOH.

Very interesting topic Moogle, glad you brought it up. Was discussing bout how and what barb can do (i.e; LOH, life regen, items, active/passive skill) beside having high toughness to tank TO6 with LYN clan members yesterday. Agree with you that LOH will work better for DW barb but what about 2H barb who usually have low aspd? High life-regen and active skill like Ignore Pain probably? What do you guys think?

now barb more focus on life regen and life steal already convert to life restore.. most skill will restore based on % amount of your total HP.

for example my built use

1. whirlwind as my escape mechanism, at the same time during whirlwind (blood funnel) will restore 1% of my max HP for each critical..

2. my rend (blood lust) will restore 0.5% from my max hp for each mob effected.

3. war cry (invigorate) will increase 10% of my max hp and give me regen 1651hp per second

now restore based on max HP, not based on damage anymore

for fury i use passive superstition, i love the chance to get 2 fury from enemy elemental attack.. basically if fight ghom, i can whirlwind nonstop without fury issue

lol.. go lvl up 70 and gear up with item ilvl70 first.. from there we see how much min requirement for T6

survive at T6 is doable, but killing and farm efficiently at T6 is different story yo..
