2. if passive skill i choose weapon mastery, 1H axe + 1H sword, how is the effect will be?

I think Blizztard smart loot not yet smart enough to give better weapons... My fren looted 1.1k dps 2-H with 6xx Str and OS... 1.1k dps for 2H is

smart la tu.. dapat main stat..
worry not. lets hope for ilvl 70 weapon.

based on the image above, if i equipped with 1 axe + 1 sword will it be: 15% increase dmg + 10% critical hit chance?

P/S: i get this image from google, latest changes might be different in term of figures

but 6** str is tempting

I prefer legacy skorn with 14xx dps, 4xx Str, 180+ CD and OS compare to that weapons

Weapon Master passive will only effect which weapon you put on your MAINHAND, if you use a Mace... you'll get +5cc but if you use sword as main-hand you'll get 8% increase damage. You won't get both bonus frm Main-hand and Off-hand. Btw, the image you posted is old specs. Below is the latest Weapon Master property:
