I cant decide what I want to do with my barb. Having trouble dealing with large mob in Act5 T1. I reckon that I need more healing for my barb.

Oo yeah another issues i have is chasing after monster which likes to play cat and mouse with melee. Do i really need to use weapon throw or spear in my build?
