D3 toons have come to the new height until the release of expansion.
We need to achieve certain level of IAS/CC/CD for some build (i.e. CM Wiz, DH with Manticore etc).
To achieve certain DPS (i.e. 300K+), we almost need to get perfect CC/CD/IAS in most of our gears.

Rotten Luck. It happens on lower mp and even on mp9. The only guaranteed way is mp10. Barb is by far the easiest to encounter Sokahr. Btw, what mp are you running on. Also, CD is a huge stat to not have especially running HOTA build. I think amulet should come with CD because it gives 100% CD stat, you can not have it on rings but personally ammy is a must have. Also, running WW build, there are breakpoints to meet so AS is also very important if your going to run WW with Double Tornados which is at least 2.5BP>

though this 2 things actually caught my interest;

***a legend ring that gives u 2 consecutive (100%) block for every successful block

IMO barb should be of somewhat an all out Offensive class, a class which "hantam" everything that comes within his/her melee reach, leave the Tank/Defend stuff to the Crusader. the legend ring would suit the Cruz best

ermm...feels like that the PC will be closely similar to what the Console is having right now since there will be no AH/RMAH

not sure if it is true.

that is why, if this game is made offline, many items n weapons will be hacked

MP10 will become easy

If offline, many D3 items will be hacked, at that time, MP10 can be killed easily 

If can hack like D2 last time, i will surely max

movement speed
attack speed
critical hit damage
critical hit chance

exp boosted is not needed as you can hack the exp pts, or even PL100 to it
