If Madrid were to offer 20m plus Higuain for Suarez, that 20m is then spent on Eriksen or Bernard.

Is the combination of Higuain plus Eriksen/Bernard enough to replace Suarez?

That fee could include add-ons though I don't think these reports are trustworthy, one day they say we have agreed terms with the player but yet to agree a fee with the club next they the exact opposite.

We need another advanced playmaker because Coutinho is the only one we have now that Gerrard is playing a deeper role. Who can we count on to create opportunities from central midfield? Allen? Henderson? Was hoping Suso to make the step up but he's on loan now.

Still looking rusty, not passing well, Gerrard's long balls forward from deep looks to be our only offensive outlet.
