CPU is replaceable or u can take from the old MOBO and put it in the new one so i think they didn't change ur CPU but since GPU is soldered so it comes with the motherboard

lucky they didnt format ur HDD.. good news they are improving . They should if they want to retain their customers. After sales is very important.

I also wana know whats wrong, take 2 weeks to fix it. Better gime a new 1 lar. Said spare part not arrive, ask which spare part, they duno. Ask 5 question 4 duno. Good or not?   

What kind of test you want? performance? stability? You can google it, there's plenty tho. 

Then should do prime, since we have no option of OC on CPU, i think using this is sufficient to test on temp, if your temp not exceed  105C (TJmax) the speed will go down (throttled) to protect the CPU. Just keep monitoring then should be fine.

CPU temp is usually 10C higher than GPU. and they tend to go higher as high as 100C easily. I haven't really had the time to do benchmark since i re-paste, but so far GPU temp is nice and my CPU temp so far highest hit is around 90C

This is unacceptable, a gaming laptop has no efficient cooling system...
