Wau. Two of the insider news that I heard last week, one of them is really true.
A&M. Why I didn't buy last week?
Their Amverton Part at Kota Kemuning is not selling that well, but I heard that they've got a lot of land at Pulau Carey to be developed.
Going to be a big township.

But, boss is stingy according to their sales staff told me. Btw, the sales staff is pretty, my type of girls next door.

Maybe can look at their HIL Industry too as it is the same boss..

Either developer did not do a good job in the earthwork and the base of the construction, or the earth suka suka drop 0.5inch, suka suka drop 2 inch.. Then causing the house to crack..

In fact , cash flow in the market is quite tight .

Dun say house. Say roads already crappy enough.. Very uneven one... I scared one day drive at Klang, the road give way and a big hollow hole underneath.

Another few more shakes from Indonesia will definitely gonna change some structure in Pulau Carey I suppose...
