Many houses and new development at Shah Alam/Kota Kemuning area is not doing so good already. But developer still like to sing songs that are so high a note that nobody can seems to follow their pitch.

Many houses in klang got a lot of big big cracks from vertical to horizontal.. So big that you can see outside of the house through the crack one wor...
Either developer did not do a good job in the earthwork and the base of the construction, or the earth suka suka drop 0.5inch, suka suka drop 2 inch.. Then causing the house to crack..

Another few more shakes from Indonesia will definitely gonna change some structure in Pulau Carey I suppose...

Once too many NPL.. Dunno which bank will die first.. But I am sure kiam sap bank like PBBank who filter their customer so hard will not die so easy first gua..

Cheh so easy punya barang.. Get a waterfish to buy your bungalow lo.. Either u become waterfish to the bank later when u default or you fast fast sell it off.. Hahaha.. But cannot say many.. this kind of things.. tarak baik cakap banyak.. Later i also in trouble to mix with waterfish

Pledging or not pledging the property to the bank is not the main point..
But actual selling price is 1.5million and you borrow 90% based on RM3million valuation is the main thing la..
