True but do note that the weakness has really crept in.
Only a few stocks are trading near their highs.
Most have already pulled back quite substantially from their recent highs already.
Most stocks had lethargic movements few days ago, ignoring the earlier up movement seen in the US markets.

Now comes a different waiting game.
No longer waiting to sell (for most stocks hor - there's still a few with no sell signs 'yet') ....
It's now turning to waiting to buy.

Let's talk about buying.
Imagine you want to buy in a stock.
Why? Cos it has 'fallen' a bit already...
But is the stock really cheap 'now'?

Moving forward, do you see an immediate catalyst that the stock would reverse and go up again so quickly?

If no, why not be a bit patient?
In a sell-off, you don't need to rush to buy.
You can always wait.

Pay a little more, won't lose one.

If you look at the announcements, you would see that Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) and Aberdeen are actively buying up the stock.
MUFG is rather fierce especially when you look at how the stocks perform when they are buying. ( refer BAT and AEON Credit ).
