Mahsing and Sunway are my biggest regret not owning their shares before GE. Now at current price, I can only cry.gif .

Perhaps, you do not have to use the price factor or even charts to top up.

For example, say you buy a share at 38 sen.
Share is now trading at 70 sen.

At first sight, topping up might be the last thing on your mind.
You probably think of selling.... tongue.gif

But what if...

With the sharre consolidating at 70 sen, the company announces a brand new mega deal.
A whole new deal which might see the company making big money.
Would this 'fundamental' reason be good enough to convince you that the future is going to be very bright for this company?
How about buy more shares of the stock?
If yes, then why not 'average up' by adding a small 'portion' (try not to double up. tongue.gif) of new shares into your portfolio?

You should have a solid reason to top up. It's as if you are new to this stock, never buy before and you feel that the current fundamentals is so compelling that you just want to buy.

This is just a suggestion.
