fyi, while coastal and bkawan's buying queue still quite solid, the tdm queue starts to fade away and they start queuing at lower price.
so, is this a good price to buy tdm? need plantation masters to commend. share split ex tomorrow. could be the risk for selling down tomorrow onwards? edit: oops, i was wrong. It's that afternoon session, they somehow raise up 1 sen or so to queue higher actually. This post has been edited by yok70: Jun 24 2013, 02:39 PM |

QUOTE(cherroy @ Jun 24 2013, 02:43 PM) This is the innovation part that they will fight for. Who wins, who rules for the next 5 years? And same here, I also can't see where that could be useful to me. I'm old folk though, no more innovation maybe. Where phone, tablets etc. not much room for innovation. Just becomes daily needs for at least a few more years. This post has been edited by yok70: Jun 24 2013, 03:10 PM |

Is S-REIT same as M-REIT?
1. Is Singapore rental fees low or consider high? 2. Is Singapore properties price low or consider high? 3. Is Singapore population (especially middle class) growing or stopped or weakening? 4. Where are those S-REIT's properties located at? Which country? I think, M-REIT retail may consider more defensive? This post has been edited by yok70: Jun 24 2013, 05:13 PM |

QUOTE(gark @ Jun 24 2013, 05:13 PM) In sinkapore... you get SGX REITS with properties in Indon, Japan, China, Europe, HK, India... look at the bigger picture. China, Japan and HK is kind of risky?I am looking at Macquaries International Infrastructure... Europe, Indo and India should be fine? |

Looks like some are on panic sell mood now.
Good, level up a step. Stage....forgot what #. I am bad and too inpatient. My cash position actually dropped from 50% to 43% now. So late purchase were making paper loss. Maybe should have listen to Neo grand sifu, buy next month onwards better? |
