I've no access to my ps4 until next week

Am wondering how much damage do you all do per headshot? Am thinking of switching to a sniping support hybrid but my head shots don't do much damage.

Critical hits do about 350k per head shot methinks, which is only like one armor segment for the named 32s. How to boost? I'm using a custom m44 with the headshot talent so upping firearms?

Someone suggested sniping off their armor and letting your team mates finish them off so I tried that yesterday.
Works like a charm thanks! Stay back and finish off enemy snipers and then weaken the rest for everyone.

Edit: Just started using sticky bombs... i heard they are good for pvp? betul ker and how much electronics stats does one need for them to be viable? Also, having high electronics = either stamina koyak or weapon skills not activated due to low-ish firearms stat?

Is everyone busy killing each other in the DZ now? I suppose everything will cool down once HE gear becomes the new purple.

But brackets are fixed, no? Or is it possible to say carry a high level main and then bring crappy guns in slot 2 and 3 as the gear score looks to be an average?

Skill power 50k? Wow I'm only at 25k. That is a glitch-boss setup? Otherwise how does one get the electronics skill so high without incurring heavy penalties to either stamina or firearms and hence losing the weapon talents?

i wonder if the devs will take note?

i've been using that for a loooong time. mine has brutal, a fast reload and a critical hit chance one. i'm hoping to reroll a better one, perhaps with that fast shouldering instead of critical hit.

quite fun and reasonably fast enough to get multiple headshots in - recoil is straight up and then centers back down fast - doesn't really make me miss my old custom m1a. I find the m1a climbs up much more and gets out of control when firing fast, which negates whatever advantage it has in rpm imho.

Actually sentry quite good for smg too if you go head hunting. I might go 3-3 for crit dmg instead of the dmg mark though as smgs are crit demons.

Don't see what fun there is in killing people by jumping them while they are busy trying to take down some enemies when they are like 20 to 30 DZ levels below you. Meh, get a bloody life lol.

I can only speak for myself but if you wanted to prove how good you are, a gear based game sure isn't the place. Try a straight up shooter or something. Me? All I want is a good old Diablo rehashed as a shooter hehe.

Am also kinda tired of ppl jumping in front of you to turn you rogue and then chasing you down. Forced PVP (for gear) sure isn't my thing, and judging by the comments around the forums, it seems that a sizable segment of the fan base don't like it either.

What's a good shotgun? I wonder if the bonuses for the sets worked like early borderlands shotty where every pellet counts as a shot lol.

edit: looking to swao out my sniper as i'm not spec-ed for it and it does on average 300k - 400k headshots, which isn't really enough in challenge mode as I take longer to land those instead of spraying away with a smg

btw, be careful at extraction points, i've seen groups repeatedly call for extractions two nights in a row but not actually have anything to extract, baiting other players. nowadays i tend to avoid extraction points with other players or at the very least find a place to hide and observe via a sniper scope before deciding to wade in or not.

thread dying - so few players already?

got a striker glove from lincoln tunnels... hmm that thing is fugly white, had to change my agent's looks. 3 pieces of striker not bad at all. got a sentry holster with henry's help, was greedy and tried to do incursion with randoms. didn't get pass the 10th wave.

3-3 i suppose or 4 sentry 2 striker... anyone up for some tangga action on hard mode tonight (2 drops for first timer no)? I'll go get some electronics gear lol.

Why don't they just expand the level 32 enemies into the vast, super nice and super empty PVE world? And let us PVE-centric buggers get the top tier gear as well and letting PVP players get specific PVP gear in the current DZ? Stuff like 'xx% player damage' etc etc or DZ skins? Can cater to both fan bases?

I do think the queues to connect have gotten shorter nowadays - more servers or less players?
