What's wrong with the voice over? MY is under Asia region so i believe we are getting the Japanese voice over. It would be nice to listen to the native voice overs of the Japanese franchise . As for dual voices, i really hope to have too.

i worry about few thing:-

1) buy Asia Version
Pro:- Jap Voice
Con: Region Locked

2) Buy Row Version
Pro: No Region Locked
Con: No jap Voice

I would think they would be able to include both voice-over in the long run as it isn't something incredibly difficult to do.

JP voice has licensing issue to deal with before they can use it world wide. Forgot where I read about it.

As for English voice not available for Asia version, no idea.

There's mod anyway, so these voice thing shouldn't be a problem

I would prefer it in English, so I don't have to read the subtitles all the time.

game not released yet, but surely the mod community will do something. like DW8, JP voice DLC took months to arrive, yet the modder only took 1 week to port the JP voice.

It's a port. So maybe similar.

from what I rememberd (back at 2009~ish), FF13 first developed at PC, then they required a long time to port it to PS3, to downgrade the image quality so that can archieve 30fps at ps3.
