Oh ya, finally got an answer from Shopback. To get the Maybank Shopback cash back, you must be a new account.

Once you logout from the page, it will not direct you to the official Shopback site anymore but instead straight to Maybank Shopback.

Well, I don't use referral bonus but it is trustworthy. I have got my cash back from there and redeemed as well.

You won't get until it turns redeemable (75 days for lazada). Check your referral page, it'll show the current status.

Perhaps she accidentally signed up without using the link you provided then. Suggest you escalate to shopback.

Then you can always dispute and fill in the missing cashback form. They are pretty efficient based on my own experience.

managed to get to book to get the cashback as per mbb banner? i checked that milkadeal still offering rm35 cb for booking.com. only shopback revised to 6%.

If you register a new account under Maybank, you can see it as RM 50.
But must book at least USD 50 per night lo.

Apparently cannot and I made a complaint to them via FB chat. Then, they got some information from me like when I received this email from Maybank and all. Yesterday they replied my message telling me it will be up in few hours, at night I checked it is already reflected as RM 50 with my Maybank login. I switched back to normal Shopback account and it shows 7%.

great, since it's confirmed... maybe i should sign up a new account as well? lol... but i just booked a room 3 days ago... let's see if i still have any trip to go or not. the mbb promo ends by april? forgotten

Up to you. RM 50 is more worth for my case rather than 7%.

if compared to 7% of course. but if compared to milkadeal rm35 not that big. plus, sometimes milkadeal will offer rm55 too.
