Do you know if the price of double bed room is Rm180 , then i added an extra bed Rm50, can i get the Rm55 cashback? As the requirement is min value Rm220. Not sure if extra bed included in the calculation.

anyone know how shopback work with lazada mobile app? i'm not too sure how it works. i know about desktop

Lazada thread in k got lots of examples. Basically just open shopback website in your mobile browser and click the buttons for lazada app, it'll automatically open the app. Then buy as normal.

but do be reminded that a lot of fine tuning being working on now for lazada mobile app. your cb might not be successfully tracked.

Just call or email them. They are more than happy to help you track back as they will receive commission too.

no, this fine tuning was from lazada side to stricten the linkback and fight against people who are manupulating it. at one point shopback totally removed lazada mobile app by giving rm0. since milkadeal still offering the normal tier cb, so i used milkadeal instead and finally received nothing too. complaint to milkadeal but they don't dare to challenge lazada too due to the fine tuning going on. wasted rm8 + rm4 which i supposed to get from my 2 lazada app transactions.

but i just noticed that the cashback from mobile is lower than desktop.

is your purchase 1 item high value? if yes, then better use desktop. if yours are small items accumulated, you may separate the items by following the tier to maximise your cb.

I also got the problem before where my tranx did not get tracked. So I emailed them and this is what I received:

yes, that's the same email milkadeal sent to me too. but unfortunately after few days later, it can't be tracked due to the fine tuning going on that time. and after the fine tuning, now shopback already back to offer for lazada mobile app. i think you didn't use shopback during that time, if you did, you should be seeing rm0 and 0% for lazada mobile app. i should have screen captured it lol... first time ever there was rm0 for linking back lol...

Any Robinsons members here? Do you face the problem whereby until now i havent receive the 5% rebate of 2015 3rd quarter rebate! I called customer service they said in progress which is totally unacceptable whereby follow their membership T&C it should payout in the next following quarter!
