I have a question regarding Shopback, I had three stays booked via Agoda.
2 stays were booked together which I got 30+30, but anyway one of the stays I didn't get the RM 30 initially and after you guys guided me, I managed to get it. These stays already completed in end of Nov.
Then another stay happened on Christmas which I got RM 40.
I only managed to redeem one RM 30 and the RM 40, there's still missing one RM 30 despite the stay was much earlier. Should I follow up with Shopback?
Shopback has a weird way of crediting cashback which is done manually, usually those updated after the system messed up and I emailed Shopback.
When Shopback credits the cashback manually, the due dates for the cashback is usually earlier than what would have been auto generated by the system.
For Agoda, the rules say redeem cashback after 60 days from stay date. If the 60 days have passed, yes, email them and enquire.
they are usually very prompt in responding.
