I have a question regarding Shopback, I had three stays booked via Agoda.
2 stays were booked together which I got 30+30, but anyway one of the stays I didn't get the RM 30 initially and after you guys guided me, I managed to get it. These stays already completed in end of Nov. Then another stay happened on Christmas which I got RM 40. I only managed to redeem one RM 30 and the RM 40, there's still missing one RM 30 despite the stay was much earlier. Should I follow up with Shopback? |
