it takes max 60 business days for it to be credited. unless the problem you facing is not related to this.

just share my experience for shopback and milkadeal for agoda transtition.

i have done two purchase at agoda at the same time in june. one through milkadeal and another one through shopback.
however, milkadeal until today oso cannot give me the cashback after i complain more than three times.
for shopback, i like the tracking count down. after the tracking time reach, i complain with shopback. in few days times, the cashback become redeemable. only one time complain o.

so, i think shopback is better than milkadeal.

My transaction wasn't tracked at all although it appeared in Click History.

why you want to book at agoda? i prefer use airasiago through milkadeal/ shopback. the cash back become redeemable in one week times after i done the purchase(i not yet stay the hotel o).

for airasiago, you can use the rhb 10 percent discount code to get the better deal compare to agoda through milkadeal/ shopback(i try it and get it in june 2015). u can use different credit card to pay, not exactly want to sue rhb card.

pls see the link below to get the rhb code. thanks

My hotel booking costs below RM200. So, by calculation, booking at Agoda brings better reward (RM25).

Both also not tracked. When I lodged a complaint with Shopback after 3 days, they manually added to my list with a 60 days waiting period.

Milkadeal is worse. They told me they can't and will not do anything until they have a respond from Agoda. It's over 30 days now but it's not even in my list.

Something is wrong with the mechanisim.

Disappointed.

as per sailou mentioned, just lodge a report and they will credit to you manually. shopback is effective in manual credit.

if the price at agoda is same as airasiago(rm200), u can get 10 percent discount which is rm20. rm 180 payment for the hotel can get 8percent from milkaedal which is rm14.4. total will be rm34.4 compare to rm 25. and the cashback for airasiago is within one week will credit.

do you mind to share with me which date and which hotel u book at agoda? i can make comparism for it. thanks

You just need to visit 25 unique OneCARD outlets (between 1-30 Sep) to get the max of RM50.00.
You'll get the rebate once you reach the threshold... no need to wait after promo ends.

I'm not sure if anyone knows about TM Rewards? https://www.tm.com.my/TMRewards/Consumer/Pages/home.aspx

I hope I didn't OT. smile.gif

Well, I bet almost everyone here uses Streamyx or UniFi. Since you will need to pay it every month, why not earn some points at the same time? smile.gif

There are many ways for you to earn points.

- Earn your first 500 points when you register as a member
- Pay your TM bills before or on the due date to earn 1 point for every RM1 spent
- Get surprise points from TM to you – log in as a member to see if you are one of our lucky members
- Earn points faster at TM Rewards promotion page

FAQ: https://www.tm.com.my/TMRewards/Pages/FAQ.aspx

What are the things that can be redeemed?

I only applied it last month and already got 1121 points. laugh.gif

Few months ago i have just created an account from TM page, easy to make payment since MBB revised benefits, but didnt noticed few way to earn the point, no wonder suddenly got many points.smile.gif

Before that, all the while I have still earned the reward points and redeemed few times for cash back by walked in counter and fill up the form.

Cash back will be credit on my next statement which is quite good actually, no interested on other items but only cash back smile.gif
