Got problem with Agoda cashback in both Shopback and Milkadeal.

Despite lodging complaints on both, they mention there's little they can do until Agoda respond to them.

The sore thing is they still openly and aggressively promoting cashback from Agoda amidst all the problems.

Both also not tracked. When I lodged a complaint with Shopback after 3 days, they manually added to my list with a 60 days waiting period.

Milkadeal is worse. They told me they can't and will not do anything until they have a respond from Agoda. It's over 30 days now but it's not even in my list.

Something is wrong with the mechanisim.

Disappointed.

Any of you guys actually managed to get cashback for Agoda whether from Shopback or Milkadeal?

I have serious doubts it really works judging from the situation I am facing at the moment.

At the bottom of the ad is written *Maximum 5000 U Points Rebate (RM50) per member.

Means you can purchase max 10 x RM59 gift card and get RM50 rebate.

I've purchased 4 x RM100 Raya gift card at RM100 get RM15 rebate each 2 months ago if you bother to scroll few pages back.

Paid using UOB Vox as advised by another member who received cashback. Yet to check my statement for my cashback.

Me too. I reset my pin and it works ok after that.

Yes. I received like almost 1 year after. That also after I wrote to them to ask about it and they approved the cashback in another 2 days.
