FAQ says within 45 days

I had detected a "mis-use" of my Pinch Of Salt card ...and my card was never lost. Someone "redeem" all my points at WATAMI Paradigm Mall on Sultan of Selangor's birthday.

Now they have to investigate for me

How can this happen without a physical card present ??

You can email them to know the balance or ask the outlet to print a balance for you.
I'm pretty sure I'm getting back my points

That's my next action point if they don't give me back my "stolen" Pinch-of-salt points.
This incident shows there's a loophole in their system/SOP
