That is why I ask the question on the lake maintenance which many not aware. It's a heavy task.

Such as the Taman Jaya lake in PJ State. They had so much issue until they need the assistance of IEM to help them clean up the lake.

Lake maintenance is no joke if you know the complexity behind the eco system of a lake. Anyway, I don't want to pour any more cold water onto project. Buyers just do your homework before committing. People always paint a pretty picture.

can u imagine since the lake is not secured, a midnight, lorries come dispose rubbish into lake.....who is going to clean it up?....rubbish flow everywhere on lake....how?

Lake is part of the land under developer.....damn funny...the water part around 70-80%.....hahahah...can't build fencing on water correct?...hahahah...that is why developer decide to open it to public......

This lake issue kind of similar to the Mah Sing project in Kepong, claim going to beautify the lake.....but the lake is so huge.......every location of the lake is a potential dumping ground.....headache only....

Like the lake in Bdr Sri Permaisuri, behind the low rise condo Vista Tasik, it was once polluted, came out in paper. Luckily that wasn't maintained by condo. But authority too long time to clean it up. It created foul smell.

Put security guards on water scooters on lake do patrol for anyone crossing water borderline.....hahahaha....

SOHO no balcony take note....only larger apartment unit got balcony.....future all clothing will be like flags waving from balcony....hahahah

They need time to strengthen the soil before can build on top.....need time for settling effect and soil testing....not like normal land....

The risk is what if during construction or after VP or after warranty land got problem?....how would you manage this risk?....

Yup.....and many forgot about this factor...just see the so called cheap purchase price.....there are also other long term hidden cost incurred indirectly to each owners especially those buy to stay.....

if I remembered correctly it's a 5 yrs development....so they are probably strengthening and allowing settling time on the piles....u will probably see some action after 1 yr
