do we have a owner group, i would like to join.
anyone to confirm the project can be extended to 54 months for construction. i have checked with lawyer, Residence Schedule A max construction 36 months even though S&P mentioned 54 months, the law shall supersede. i want to join owner group. |

In any case, your answer is in Clause 25 of your SPA.
