Last I check b4 budget 2014, got 6 units 750k up, loan dropped out unit. with DIBS. brows.gif quite good deal.

Meaning can buy, is it? Only thing, I don't like the idea the LRT cuts through the building. Not very good feng shui if a building is cut by sha qi. rclxub.gif

Talking about Denai sutra so I can't help to ask you guys the status of this development. Any more units left? Maybe now 650 psf looks more reasonable considering other new launched ones.

RM 576 psf was the previous price with DIBS.

Wonder if the dev increase the price or compensate the DIBS with any rebates?

Slowing in terms of?

I can see the building is tall enough with good progress to date and the bazaar commercial also completing soon, meanwhile, if I am not wrong, they still have 1 year left for VP.
