If both KIDEX & SKIP project kick off, then it definitely will be further enhanced the connectivity of SSQ , there will have 2 interchanges nearby at KESAS & NPE, so can skip jam and easily reach 1U or Serdang within 15 min.

After compared the price between GEO & GEO2. Actually the price had increased a lot from 800psf+- to 920psf+- for PAL after discount. GEO can get 10+3+6%, but GEO2, only 5+3%. Average had increased 15% . Congrat to those owner of earlier phases like A'marine and LaCosta, foresee the demand for these 2 will be increased as the gap of price per sqft is so wide.

The next project will be on next year end as what the SA told me. A mix residential project just infront of the GEO. By then the price will be even more higher after the implementation of GST.
