Do you think Airbnb is doable in GEO as it is near to Sunway lagoon & shopping heaven?

Just informed by loan lawyer that will receive the schedule of payment 2(a) 10% anytime in September. Slower the better, no need to service interest.

Should be ready in mid 2017 for Geo R, retail in 2016 & BRT in Oct 2015.

Ya, I think we will only see the real big value when BRT is fully operational and integrated with LRT USJ 6 station in early 2017. For a start, maybe only between the BRT depot and KTM station by year end. Agreed, the frequency and reliable schedule are the key factor determined the success of BRT.

Remembered last time, Urban Suites was in the pipeline of launching in Sunway GEO, now no more news already ? or already replaced by the office tower ?
