Planning for a 4D3N trip (2 person only) to bali around August.. Would opting for Uber be a better idea than supir.

Hi Masta91,

Will you be needing accommodation and airport transfer (attractions too perhaps?) during you 4d3n stay in Bali? I have ready Bali packages which I can email it to u. I am Travel Consultant for Green Trekkers.

thanks for the advice bro and i hope my full day driver will be on my site to avoid being get con .......

just beware some supir/drivers are in the same league with those cutthroat restaurant, they got some commission back from those restaurants

usual trick will be:
"I bring you to this nice restaurant, good food, good view! also I can get free meal too! "
So while you're thinking helping him getting a free meal, and him helping you getting a good deal? most likely he's getting a commission while you're getting slaughtered by the restaurant.

when you request the driver bring you to a restaurant you've selected, if he response by that restaurant also close down, today not open, or any sorts of excuse not to bring you there while recommending another restaurant, be extra alert! he's waiting for you to stick out your neck for slaughtering whistling.gif

at Jimbaran I'll highly recommend Lia Cafe, reasonably price and won't chop chop you like other establishments
for ribs, no one can beat Naughty Nuri in Ubud
For babi guling, for me the best is Ibu Oka in Ubud as well, go to their 2nd restaurant which is at outskirt Ubud, which is not that crowded & hot

bro appreciated your valuable feedback wil be alert on this and yes many of my friends also comment the same stuff at jimbaran beach dinner will be easily get con. thanks again.

below itinerary is my driver suggestion

[5/16, 9:34 PM] Bali surya: hello,,,how are you?
I can make your trips like this schedules:

Day 1, Hotel pick up (9am) - nusa dua beach - lunch #warung babi guling dobbiel - Uluwatu temple - rock bar at ayana - jimbaran dinner #menega cafe - back to hotel. 450k (10hours)

Day 2, Hotel (9am) - Ubud - tegalalang rice terraces - Batur volcano (buffee lunch at volcano view) - Besakih temple - Dinner #Warung legong at keramas beach - back to Hotel. 550k (10hours)

Day3, Hotel (9am) - Ulundanu beratan temple - lunch on the way to tanah lot (locals food) - Tanah lot temple - Kuta centre/beach shopping centre/spa or relax - Dinner at Wahaha pork ribs - back to Hotel 450k (10hours)

the second day we charges more expensive because besakih temple is different way (far trips)
extra time is 50k/ hour, car include driver, petrol, parking fee, mineral water.
[5/16, 9:36 PM] Bali surya: we also prefer many activities by reasonable prices, like; water rafting, water sports at nusa dua beach, spa, cycling, volcano tracking, see dolphins tour at lovina and etc.

Hello fellow travelers, may I know when is the best time to travel to Bali? Not a surfer. Would be going with gf only. Water sports not preferable as she don't know how to swim. Would like to just explore and go around makan only.
