Hmmm...a question i've been asking myself everyday for a week. I didn't touch any bread, noodles nor rice/grain for a week now......

So as long as not the above then can eat lo. If u wanna eat mix rice then only eat the dishes lo. If u wanna eat noddles then only eat the meat without the noddles lo, western food(though i know u can eat it always oso), dim sum, n meat meat meat tongue.gif

Good for u then! rclxms.gif but i'm don wanna take supplements for diet.....i seen ppl taking supplements then stop then all came back n u have to have strong urge to control ur food intake without the supplements....Doing this way at the same makes me eat lesser n create a habit there sweat.gif .
